Love this dishwasher - At first I too was having problems with it cleaning and rinsing but changed to the Cascade Complete that was the sample with my machine and have had no problems since. This machine is so quiet!
Piece of Junk Do not buy! - They company should not be in business. The dishwasher is the worst I ever owned in my 60 years. I have lived in 6 different homes and this dishwasher should be rated Negative 20. This is based on a 1-10 scale. Electrolux sells this as top of the line dishwasher and it is pure junk. I am now buying a whirlpool from Best buys.
Very quiet, cleans well but VERY unreliable - Bought this a couple of years ago. At first I was very pleased and then the dreaded error code 01 started occurring almost every other month.
