Aweful Design - Just about the entire top and bottom racks are poorly designed for holding dishes - it is very awkward to place dishes and pots. It is not particularly quiet - one of it's claims to fame. And even with heated drying in low humidity Colorado, the dishes are never completely dried. Should have spend my money on a different dishwasher.
